Free Caregiver Education Sessions from AHS

The Children, Youth & Families- Addiction and Mental Health (AHS) and Regional Collaborative Service Delivery (RCSD) are pleased to continue to provide the caregiver education series. These free sessions are intended to provide parents, caregivers and community members with basic information about addiction and mental health challenges that can impact children and youth.

INTRODUCING: New Mental Health and Wellbeing Programs for Youth under 25 —this fall CMHA launged a youth focused blog, Twitter and Facebook accounts, and created a monthly open mic café events for youth 25 and under with lived experience with mental illness. CMHA is also launching a Youth Engagement Project to get interested youth, ages 12-18, engaged in mental health promotion and anti-stigma work—completely youth led! For more information click here.
